MarkHAWKINS(Gateshead) Peacefully in hospital with his loving family around him on March 28th 2025 aged 63 years Mark. Beloved husband of Phyllis, much loved dad of Clair, Ronnie and Christopher, dear father-in-law of Chris and Lyndsey, loving brother of Steven, Julie, Joan and Jean. Also a dearly loved granda and brother-in-law to all the family.

Would friends please meet for a funeral service and cremation at Saltwell Crematorium on Thursday April 10th at 10.30am.

Family flowers only please, but donations may be made at the crematorium in aid of The Stroke Unit at the RVI Hospital and Ward 22 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The Plough Deckham.

Mark was a lovely brother to have, kind and gentle always with a smile on his face and cheery word, no matter what he faced in life. I will miss and remember you for the lovely man you were Mark.
